Penrose Tenants & Residents Association
The Pensrose Estate was built in the late 1940s and completed in the early 50s. Anyone who lives on the Penrose estate is part of the Penrose Community and a member of PTRA.
Your Voice: PETRA is the voice of the Penrose estate. We seek to represent tenants and residents in all their diversity to the wider world and in particular to the council on housing matters.
What we do: in its long history, PETRA has been the vehicle that has transformed Penrose estate into a vibrant community with green spaces and play areas and has campaigned successfully for many improvements in the area.
We hope to build a happier and safer community where we know our neighbours, work together and promote the interests of PETRA. If you would like the Penrose community to flourish, how about getting involved with the TRA? it can be fun! The TRA can only work with the input of you, the Penrose community. Come along to committee meetings and social events, meet your neighbours and get involved.
